Steel grid surface treatment:

making steel lattice plate: Pressed-welded steel grid is made up of

resistance welding automation equipment of 200 tons, and processed
into the product required by customers through cutting, opening,
edge packing and other procedures. Load flat steel spacing:The
center distance between two adjacent flat steel receiving loads is
usually 30mm and 40mm. Cross bar spacing:The center spacing of two
adjacent cross bars is usually 50mm, 100mm, two kinds, can be
produced according to customer requirements. Superiority:Material

condition, correspondingly, can reduce the material of supporting

Packaging and Shipping
Packing details:
1. stick the label on each grating, the panel number will be marked
on the label.
2. insert the steel bracket through the gratings from bottom to the
top to fix the package. if the grating panel's size is less than
1500mm*1000mm, 4 pcs steel brackets per package. if more than
1500mm*1000mm, the steel brackets will be added accordingly.
3. bundle the gratings with the PVC tape.
4.Attach a thermoplastic tag to each package. Accordingly to th
tag, our clients can find each panel easily and swiftly.
5. wrap the gratings with plastic films.
